Cooking Tip:
Boil 2 litres of water and add ½ teaspoon of salt and one tablet of beef bouillon to the boiling water. Place the ravioli in the boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes by stirring occasionally. Remove the ravioli with a strainer and place on a plate. Serve with yogurt or garlic yogurt, pepper sauce, dry mint and sumak.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle chili flakes for a simple, delicious meal.
