Our quality promise
What we sell, the food information we show, how chilled food is packed and what happens if something arrives wrong. We have left out anything we cannot promise yet.
Branded food from known producers
We sell packaged Turkish and Mediterranean food from producers such as Eker, Çaykur, Sosero, Yöre, Maun and Asi Künefe. Every product page names the brand, and the country of origin where we have confirmed it.
Food information you can check
- Allergens are shown on every product page, not hidden in a tab.
- Each allergen note says where it comes from: the manufacturer's label, its ingredient list, or the type of product.
- If we have not confirmed a product's allergens yet, the page says so and gives you a WhatsApp link to ask.
- Nutrition values are shown only when the figures add up. Where they do not, we leave them off until we have checked the pack.
Chilled and frozen food
Cheese, yogurt, sucuk and frozen pastry are packed with ice packs for delivery. Put them in the fridge or freezer as soon as your order arrives and follow the storage line on the pack.
If something is damaged, missing or wrong
Check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us straight away with your order number and a photo. We will look at it and put it right.
Food is perishable, so we cannot take back items that arrived in good condition. The full terms are in our refund policy.
Questions about quality and returns
Can I return food I no longer want?
No. Food is perishable, so unopened food that arrived in good condition cannot be returned. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are handled as described above.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as you notice, with your order number and a photo. Message us on WhatsApp on +971 56 189 7406.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it is fulfilled. Use the order status page, or contact us. Once the order has been fulfilled it can no longer be cancelled.
How do I check allergens before ordering?
Open the product page and read the allergen box under the price. It tells you whether the information comes from the label, the ingredient list or the product type. Always check the pack before eating.
